The Workout
You'll use the following 3-week periodized training plan and be able to finish each phase in time:
Phase 1 – Core – 1 day per week
Phase 2 – Abs – 2 days per week
Phase 3 – Core + Abs – 3 days per week
This will ensure that you'll end up with at least 8 weeks of strength building!

The Structure
The first 3 weeks will be your core and core + abs phase. Remember, my goal is strength improvement during this period, female bodybuilding meal plan pdf.
